It's a disease that affects your ability to breath, so.... yeah people need to get on a ventilator if they're sick enough to be in ICU. It's the stuff that happens after that is the big problem.
It's an even bigger problem if you're expected to go back to work before Easter, like some people are expecting BJ to do.
