I'm not sure either. Which was clear in my post when I said "if they have". But do most people get admitted to hospital with just a persistent fever for overnight testing? I'm guessing no.
I had just read a Guardian article on it making a story out of it and had that in mind. Strikes me as the Guardian looking for an angle for a story rather than anything else.
