Yeah. If the upper and lower link on the hub carrier were a ball joint rather than a pin, maybe it could be done with the existing adjustments available.

As much as this is technically not castor as the KPI won’t change, can you not wind in the front tie bar as much as poss, then wind the rear one out until it’s tracked up suitably, which should pull the wheel forward and extend the wheelbase as much as possible?
Only saying this because that’s how you set my rally car up but with it being a different strut design it does add caster
looking at it, the only way would be to somehow raise the front link, or to have a new hub carrier with a different castor setting.
