I've been cutting down a tonne of ivy which was smothering the trees overlooking our garden and very happy with the result.
What can I do with the ivy? Don't really want to burn it and ideally not pay to have it taken away.
If I leave it in a pile will it take root and be a total bastard to get rid of? Or is there a clever way to prevent this?
Seal it in bin bags, tied, or a bin until it either rots down or green waste collections restart.
