Finally finished the Batavus now i have all this extra time on my hands!
Decided to play it safe and go with black cables and bar tape. Once we are aloud back outside ill do a shake down test and see how it gets on.

Wow that's one of my favorites! I've been looking for a Professional for a while now but they're quite rare.

That's a frame you'd be hard pushed to make look shit but I think you've done a really nice job!

Nice Bianchi! Not chrome forks though?

So nice this. Short wheelbase is key.

I have the original forks albeit painted and not chrome.. but they weigh a tonne.. especially with a quill adapter.. so nabbed the carbon off my bro..

Always.. 56cm frame and 80mm stem..

Really hard to find 1" all carbon forks, agree! My Rourke forks weighed about 700g, decided it wasn't worth the effort to find a full carbon fork, and save maybe 350g...

I think with the quill adapter it was like 1.1kg.. so saved a load switching to carbon.. might upgrade the finishing kit to shave off a few extra grams.
Edit.. original forks are 799g + the quill adapter..
