Burpees were savage today, eating loads of cheese now to cheer myself up.
My swings are fine at 20kg so ready to move up now. 500 in one workout might be a bit much but let's see.
When are you thinking of starting?
Monday hopefully, DOMS are less severe from burpees now so should be good to go.
