I really didn't mean to sound as pompous as I did, or to come across as hinting at inside information beyond the little snippets here and there I have access to. I do consider myself to have a pretty good view of what is happening with regard to national decision making though. But, if I can't back that up with sources, then I should sit on it.

Having people hint at questioning my honesty was a bit of a shock to the system. Hence why I'll be staying away from this thread for a while.

Police up at High Beech in Epping this morning stopping anyone not riding solo or very obviously a family unit.

I was up and out at 0630 this morning, off road as much as possible and saw 2 other cyclists, 5 runners and 4 dog walkers. It's easy to keep away from people if you go at the right time and stay off the beaten track.

Yeah, surprising amount of people out riding 2-up. When I passed through the police we chatting to a group of enduro bros loading their bikes into a T5

Just went out for a spin. Mostly lanes, very few riders out. But did have to tell someone to get off my fucking wheel as I was pushing on a bit. People are idiots
