  • Snap snap - got them done though, 60 were done in sets of 10 with some heavy breathing, mild fear & sweats in between each, actually got into it after that & finished with 2x20 followed by some light headedness and a dry mouth & telling myself not to drink too much even if it is "the weekend"

    @Wrongcog I don't normally do a lot of strength training, certainly not on consecutive days but it's not too bad so far, can definitely feel it but it's not prohibitively bad - this may come back to bite me in a few days time...
