Yeah I am. And yeah I think it’s probably proper loud. I’m aware of it affecting my form as I was soft shoeing my landings. But now I’m doing standard burpees with a press up instead of a jump - which is less noisy. Also I noticed that the nearer to the wall the better noise wise?

Snap snap - got them done though, 60 were done in sets of 10 with some heavy breathing, mild fear & sweats in between each, actually got into it after that & finished with 2x20 followed by some light headedness and a dry mouth & telling myself not to drink too much even if it is "the weekend"
@Wrongcog I don't normally do a lot of strength training, certainly not on consecutive days but it's not too bad so far, can definitely feel it but it's not prohibitively bad - this may come back to bite me in a few days time...

My swings are fine at 20kg so ready to move up now. 500 in one workout might be a bit much but let's see.

Monday hopefully, DOMS are less severe from burpees now so should be good to go.

Hopefully starting the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge next week to do in the afternoons, need to shake these DOMS first tough!
