EZ Out - could work
They rarely work for what they are actually suitable for. This isn't one of those.
By the time you've drilled a big enough hole for an EZ-Out to grip the tube nut, you might as well go the extra mm and drill the centre bolt past the end of the tube nut and have the whole thing fall out without any further tools.
special extractor drill bit - EZ Out - could work. Or slot it with a Dremel.
