While they regularly and quite rightly take a load of flak for this, auto-renewal does avoid the risk that someone forgets to renew, then potters off into the back of beyond unaware that they're not being tracked.

But they won't even let you disable it in the settings...

If they did that, then it's ok.

But without that, they mascaraed their own personal business gain behind safety.

Yeah, the fact that they have a "Cancel service" option in the Contact Us dropdown that just says "call this number" is bullshit. They're purposely making it difficult to stop their service and that's bullshit.

They did respond very quickly to the email though.
