  • Week one of leg blasters (https://sawback.com/articles/leg-blasters/) 2 sets of mini-leg blasters with 60s break in between. 10yo daughter did not enjoy them but she persisted.

    My skipping is woeful, couldn't manage more than 3 skips in a row. Timing is nowhere to be found. Can only improve.

  • Thanks for the leg workout link. 7 week progression perfectly aligns with the remainder of a training block on the bike.

    I really didn't think I'd miss a squat rack in my life.
