  • I did 30 then 40 rep sets at 8 seconds between reps last 30 to go but just had lunch, not looking forward to last 30. DOMS are serious today but feeling fitter already.

  • That's a good shift - i'm hoping to progress to 5 x 20 with a minute or so inbetween then see how it goes from there... maybe start flinging in some crossfit bro backflips & shiz once i'm proper smashing it up the moon's arse, lol

    @plantasia if you keep your form good & don't just crumple to the ground you should be fine - I don't do the jumping bit though, that might shake a few ornaments

  • The only time I ever find myself wanting to correct people in the gym is when I see the collapsing to the floor style burpees... obviously I never actually do it cause I don’t wanna be one those guys
