special extractor drill bit - EZ Out - could work. Or slot it with a Dremel.

Remove the wheel.
You might be able to get enough purchase on the end of the nut with vice grips then spin the brake off.
Or some thin vice grips grab the nut through the underside of the fork crown.

If you have access to an angle grinder and welding equipment, simply remove the fork legs, cut the brake out, then replace the steerer. Simple.

I have a front brake seized onto a fork here. Previous owner fitted it, and the recessed nut was too long or he didn’t use the correct spacer up front but the bolt topped out without tightening the brake fully so it rocks about. The bolt has extended almost to the end of the nut so that I can’t get the Allen key in fully, and it’s rounded off. It’s also rusted on.
I’ve thought about cutting a slot across the head of the nut and using a flat blade driver on it, but other than that I’m a bit stumped. It’s a decent calliper so I’d rather try and not destroy it by cutting it off. Any thoughts or ideas? Esp @mdcc_tester I guess :)
