Decent enough for me, I'm finding I much prefer the idea of running over cycling. Keeping to broad streets with pretty wide pavements and quiet roads rather than parks though, they're all packed around me.

Same here. Don't want to go miles on the bike so running seems a better idea. If I keep it up then can imagine a 10k by the end of the month and maybe a HM in a few months time.

Nice! Let us know how the 10k progression goes. I'm vaguely thinking of building back up to HM too.
