I have a 1 month old baby, so an extra 15-20 handwashes a day.
My delicate piano hands can't cope.

On a tangent to the thread, but Neutrogena Norwegian Formula is my favourite.

Funnily enough the worst my hands have been for dryness and splitting was when my daughter was a newborn...until now when I'm getting back to those levels. Having to do both would be a nightmare!
