It's basically a upper plank position to standing. There's no pushup, no jump. Much easier.
It is if you're like me with relatively weaker arms connected to a large lump of meat. Does depend which version. I was doing the crossfit version as that's what I thought was correct until I saw what a proper burpee was. I was already at my limit doing pushups so adding crossfit burpees wasn't gonna happen.
