Fuck no. I do them during the day in blocks of 10 or 20 when I want to get some blood flowing or when I swap taskes or whatever. It's not a proper fitness regime, it's just to keep blood flowing during the day.
For the "cook something new" I've written "Does microwaving a tub of icecream count?"
This is the level of dedication I'm putting into these
