I got most of last week's work challenge done, except the burpees.
This week:
Lunges (each leg) 350
Wall sit - 14min
Tricep Dips 350
Take part in a live workout class 3x
Crunches 350
Stretch - 14min
Mountain Climbers (each leg) 350
Cook something new (one time)
Read something new (3hrs)I'm way behind.
Good motivation! I’m doing 5 sets of 20 today as feeling pretty sore from yesterday.
