I've never knowingly done a burpy, 100 can't be that hard right? I do need to find things to do now.
They're surprisingly hard to do after the first few, at least if you do them properly.

Crossfit/bastard burpee or just a burpee? The jump and press are add-ons. Either way they add up quickly tbf.
