Its approx. 1 second per pushup/situp/squat, with rapid move between pushup position, situp position and squat position between sets.
5 minutes of activity without rest, gets the heart rate up.1 second per pushup/squat seems ok to me?
Also I'm short, so completing pushups, crunches and squats take a fraction less time than most!
That’s cool, I guess you will start grouping more together when able and reducing the total time?
I’m currently committed to doing 3000x3, 100 pushups/sit-ups/squats grouped into 40x3, 30x3, 20x3, 10x3, while trying to get it done in under 5 minutes.
