That’s cool, I guess you will start grouping more together when able and reducing the total time?
I’m currently committed to doing 3000x3, 100 pushups/sit-ups/squats grouped into 40x3, 30x3, 20x3, 10x3, while trying to get it done in under 5 minutes.
Yeah it wasn’t too bad, I just did one every 10 seconds for 17 minutes, I’m trying to do 100 a day throughout April.
