That’s cool, I guess you will start grouping more together when able and reducing the total time?
I’m currently committed to doing 3000x3, 100 pushups/sit-ups/squats grouped into 40x3, 30x3, 20x3, 10x3, while trying to get it done in under 5 minutes.
100 burpees is enough to put anyone in a dark mood... I hope you did the ones with full pushups and jumps!
