The 520s are long pull, the 320s and 340s are short pull.

Damn. I totally misread that on the Planet X site. I need to change my levers!

What are the best options for single speed road levers? Tektro 340s? Those TRP ones?

Cane Creek SCR-5 in my opinion. They resemble the old Campagnolo levers; very comfortable. Really bummed they don't come in linear pull variant.
