• Has anyone ever used Ryde Pulse Sprint rims? Review?

  • Is there a good reason not to buy these https://www.cycledivision.co.uk/cero-rc50-disc-carbon-clincher-wheelset-9026 over equivalent from e.g. lightbicycle? Seem to be a good weight and spec for the price. Prime are cheaper but a lot heavier (I know, I know, it doesn't matter, but I like the feel of lighter wheels on hills as I'm slow and hills around here are steep). Other options is farsports/light bicycle or just building some myself.
I'd ideally like some blingier hubs tied to whatever carbon rims, so I had considered doing a build with hope hubs (because Yorkshire) and whatever disc specific rims I could get.

Edit: Soz, that wasn't meant to be a reply @Turkish. Butterfingers.

  • Well I may as well answer...
If it was me I would build bitex centrelocks to whatever farsports/LB rims. With the right rims and CX rays could be 1200g wheelset. Also way under 700 quid

  • Cero wheels have, to put it diplomatically, a rather mixed reputation.
