Silly headset aside, the rest of the frame is completely different. There's something special about the high pressure moulded lugged ones (585, 595) that's missing from the subsequent semi-monocoque frames.
595 represents the end point and pinnacle of a line of development which started with the KG86, and the end of Look being distinctive.
