Neo Scorcher, Racing Fighter, Dark Impact, all good for the £100-200 range.Re issues of the Frog/ grasshopper, etc are nostalgic fun, but not as good as the more recent stuff.
Lunchbox often gets mentioned as a robust kit for fun and cheaps.

Egress or Avante if you want something that takes ages to build and paint! Obvs a bit of a wallet emptyer
