Like the rest of the UK, I'll be at home all day every day for the foreseeable future.
I have time tomorrow morning to sort out a bracket for the basket so I will get that done.
Come and try it out and ride it home - I am in SE14

Bike has now been sold - thanks all for the interest. Nice cheap runabout!
FYI the basket bracket was sorted out using a kitchen drawer runner.

Hi all,
Quarantine special
I have this ladies mixte bicycle which I have just recommissioned.
Originally from a french supermarket from the mid 90's, I was using it as a parts bike.
Size is small / medium, with a 51.5cm seat tube and a 53.5cm top tube (projected) so will suit someone around 5ft5 give or take a couple of inches. All stickers are removable.
The bike is in good condition, I have just serviced it with brand new tyres (Kenda 27.5 x 1.95 tanwall - £30 a pair), new cables all around, adjusted the gears and brakes and also trued the 650B wide alloy clincher wheels.
The cockpit is off my Pashley Pronto, it is an integrated quill stem/riser combo.
The bike has 5 speeds, a bell and a rear rack. it works well.
I had to remove the mudguards as they didn't fit the tyres but I still have them with all the bolts if you want them. The front basket would benefit from having a bracket fitted to hold its base.
I am only after SOLD for £75.
Come and try it in New Cross & cycle home with it.
Cheers
Vince
