OK, I have had a whole load of viewers question my choice of attire, so I thought I should step up to the mark with some Spesh shoes (thanks @Dammit) a Rapha jersey (thanks @musa) and a Fiat hat (thanks @Skülly) for a quick reminder of turbo techniques.
Note the hand stretched out at the feed station, ready to intercept the jasmine tea from support crew (Mrs Ludd)
