Tom Cosm is great for tutorials on this sort of stuff and he even has a template you download, although it might be a bit full on to begin with.

But if you're completely new to ableton you basically just need to learn how to warp your tracks, once warped they's play in time with each other so you're best checking this out first.

Don't worry that it's an older version, it works the same way in 10.
