  • Assuming this is Zwift, every race starts with a mandatory 3-5’ vo2 max effort before everyone holds on for dear life. To keep things authentic I’d start with that.

    No idea what your PD curve days you can maintain over 15, 20, 30 etc. You’ll have to find out.

    I appreciate there will be some personal differences but wonder if there was a rough rule of thumb.
    Or if I should go to a set figure for climbs or I dunno...
