How about you stop seeing it as a personal infringement of your liberty and life and act accordingly?
You've been asked to stay inside, apart from one hourish of exercise a day.This goes to the choppers in RP who weren't able to be reasonable as well.
There are now people looking to shame people for being out. This will divert resource as they come to deal with this.
It's creating all sorts of knock on effects. Live in a flat with no balcony?

So you are happy with police and every man and his dog going by their own interpretations of the law?
Pretty certain my behaviour isn't posing any risk to myself or others and while there are no specific prohibitions in law to adhere to I am going to carry on as I see fit.
