The worst bit is people don't seem to be able to foresee the consequences of their own actions. If the excuse for ignoring the guidelines is that riding is vital for mental health, how are they going to cope when it's forbidden? Numpties

So you are happy with police and every man and his dog going by their own interpretations of the law?

Pretty certain my behaviour isn't posing any risk to myself or others and while there are no specific prohibitions in law to adhere to I am going to carry on as I see fit.
