• Exercise isn’t just about physical appearance, think of the mental health benefits in a time like now. Running is one of the only things we’ve been clearly told we can do so it’s suddenly mighty appealing. I’m sure it’ll quieten down if it starts raining though.

  • Last week in work has been mental, as busy as a bank holiday, which is great but pretty much been at work or direct walk home (8 mins away) that's all. Today shut a bit early and took cargo bike out to do a few miles, put some old mc tyres in it and rode with no e assist. Got some oxygen and feel way better. Don't need that every day but defo helps.
