Having this in mind, id say you could get the XL to work fine :) I can get those measurements for you tomorrow if its too much a hassle for Jon.
Im 193 (6'3) and my Large is great for me, but i also like a short TT and some decent saddle to bar drop.
The next thing on my list is to make some proper geo charts for the website for all the bikes.

Might be tricky for me to measure anything longer than 15cm at the moment, so it's down to you!
