USB 3 Type C to Mini DisplayPort adapters. What's the difference between to £5 ones and the £50 ones? eg will this do the same thing as this or this ?

First one is in China, second one seems to be in the UK, so the price difference looks normal... Third one may or may not be in the US... that's also probably normal. They seem to be similar items.
