I expect I'd want some high rise bars too, as It would mostly be a sit up & beg type bike for doing the weekly big shop :-)
Having this in mind, id say you could get the XL to work fine :) I can get those measurements for you tomorrow if its too much a hassle for Jon.
Im 193 (6'3) and my Large is great for me, but i also like a short TT and some decent saddle to bar drop.
The next thing on my list is to make some proper geo charts for the website for all the bikes.
I’m 6’3 and L fits me perfectly, and I’ve trimmed a couple cm from the steerer. I do have 75mm rise bars on it, but if I wasn’t putting in 8-9 hours days in would be fine to drop down an inch more. I’m also running a longer (by cargo bike standards) stem. Reckon XL will be fine for you.
Re: longer stems and handlebar choice discussed above, my advice, particularly with larger size where you have more space beneath the stem, is ignore any perceived clearance issues and get the bike comfortable and handling well. There are so many ways to load (rack extension, 45degree angle placement, 2x boxes overhanging edges and ratchet strapped etc.) saving 50mm of space is not worth it.
