It's the newer Omnium stand.
One benefit I'm noticing with it lifting the wheel is that it makes it easier to remove the wheel rather than trying to flip the bike over.
I removed the stand originally because it's heavy as fuck, but I soon realised its value when the bike kept sliding along poles and windows it was leaned against while I was loading and unloading. It's a necessary evil. :)
