Didn't get close enough to really find out what was going on but just passed a lycra clad cyclist losing his shit with the police about whether or not he following the rules around exercise.
Think I heard the policeman say that he was over an hour from home. Lycra man was basically yelling "I can do what I want".
Not a strong look.
