Here are the ones I have in clincher, withing your price range.

Both rear wheels have been trued and are ready to use.

Pink one is off a No-Logo bike, flip-flop Joytec hub.
I replaced 8 nipples as they started to fail. True & ready to ride.

The other one is a BH Airlite 40h hub with a MA40 Mavic Rim.
Double fixed hub, does not look like it has seen a brake.

Price is £20 each and will come with rim tape as well as a used tyre and inner tube to keep you going.

Can add sprocket / lockring / freewheel for another £5.

Pick up only from New Cross SE14
