If I end up not being able to cycle to the shops because throbbers can't stay out of lycra for a few weekends I'm going to be so fucking annoyed.

Get mad at the assholes who'd actually put a blanket ban on cycling instead.

Even here in Italy you’re allowed to cycle to work / supermarket despite the overall ban. Not everybody owns a car.

Just make sure to bring the correct paperwork.
