They did release updated Monkey Island versions a few years ago if you fancy some proper nostalgia. Also The Dig, which for my money, is the best point/click adventure game in the Lucas Arts back catalogue.

Games that remind me of Limbo:

I enjoyed all of those except for Undertale, but Undertale gets really phenomenal reviews and I seem to be the only person in the world who didn't really like it, so you might enjoy... or not, given your experience with top-reviewed games!

Games like Grim Fandango:

• The Journey Down (this is a 5-part series that is fantastic imo)
  
• Later Alligator (advertised as being "kid-friendly" but I found it very smart and well-thought out)

Any recommendations for good adventurish puzzle type PC games?

Return of the Obra Dinn. Outstanding game. Also the first mystery game that ever presented me with a receipt at the end.
