Yeah they are but why the double set? The first one stops the cable outer... the second presumably allows an additional length of cable outer along the length of the top tube, the a stop, then another for the final length of outer to reach the rear brake leaving two short sections of inner cable exposed... seems odd, I don’t understand the point of the second set
Got my baanfiets our for some fettling... need to find some proper dust caps (and put the pedals on)
Under tension the cable would be straight and adding an additional length of outer would only increase the friction on the inner but yeah, frame is a beauty as you say!
