Finally got a response:
Hi, Thank you very much for your help. Someone called John from your bike group was very kind and lent my sister a bike. Please thank everyone from us for their help. My sister is now getting to and from work much safer now and will be able to continue to work throughout this situation. I agree nurses are amazing.

Late to the party but the company I work for (freebike) are offering free and unrestricted use of our bikes (electric pedal assist) to key workers, we've been setting up accounts for key workers all week and delivering bikes to hospitals.
