I always test with training in my legs, unless it's right before going into a race block and it's a longer CP test which will be closer to actual events.
Maybe. I’m not too fussed about the number at the moment more making the workouts have most value. Is 18mins parity? 19 a slight improvement?
Just test again. Too high FTP and you'll be struggling if you train every day
