The Campagnolo Veloce 10-speed shifters are bigger, like the 11-speed ones

I have an old bike that I have fixed up. I took it out for a spin (pre-corona ages) and couldn't get on with the small shifters. They are old campagnolo chorus ones. Are there any other 10 speed (campa) shifters that are bigger? Being used to the shimano hydraulic ones...
