Don't see a 'lock down' (whatever that means, seems to be a buzzword for the last few days) announced later. Yesterday the press conference mood was very much about preserving the ability to be outdoors sensibly.
That seems too complicated a message for parts of the populace. A hard & fast rule stands a greater chance of being obeyed, at least it conveys the seriousness better.
I expect a set of personal restrictions.
It has to happen sooner or later.
I wfh but it angers me when I see the tube reduced service forcing everyone onto the same trains. Standing room only when 90% or so of us aren't even travelling.
