When things stabilise a bit I am thinking of offering to bake for people in my local community if they supply the flour.
I can just imagine you scoffing at people turning up with Asda strong white.
Why not just use your own flour so you can control the process? I’d be surprised if you don’t get anything back, and most likely something that’ll cost more as even great flour costs peanuts per loaf
