I went rogue with the %’s the other day and produced something only a home baker could love, most ended in the bin. Started my poolish last night for these... Bring on the dad bod.

The story of all my home baking. It’s probably worth mentioning I work part time as a baker, and my home efforts are pretty much always put to shame by people in this thread.

That's cool, where do you work?

I love baking bread but never been tempted but the baker's lifestyle.

Good bread should be more expensive, but people just won't pay £10 for a loaf.
