Looks like NICE have clarified things a bit now :
“We welcome the recent clarification that the Clinical Frailty Score should not be used in certain groups, including those with learning disability and cerebral palsy (https://scfn.org.uk/clinical-frailty-scale…), which we will reflect in an updated version of our guideline.”

while thats's good news for me(& my son), it does still screw over a lot of disabled adults
